Christy's Green Tropical Smoothie

We love smoothies rain or shine, but here's one of Christy's go-to summertime snacks - An extra green, extra tropical pick-me-up. Perfect as a meal replacement or just an afternoon refresher.
Green Tropical Smoothie
- 2 cups spinach
- 1 cup kale (remove stems)
- 1 cup coconut water
- 1/2 cup diced pineapple*
- 1/2 cup diced mango*
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- 1 Tbsp avocado or 1 tsp flax seeds
- 1/2 cup ice, as needed*
*If the fruit is frozen, no extra ice is necessary.
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until desired consistency is reached.
- Sip and enjoy!
Pro tip: Add cucumber, basil, mint, or a splash of lime juice for an extra boost. Then, pretend you're on a tropical island as you enjoy.
